Great Knife. Wish I would have purched many moons ago!

So far, I love this knife. It’s very lightweight. Easy to hold and smooth when cutting. I’m hoping it stays sharp for a while. Love it so far.

I prep a lot of food and this Chinese chef’s knife is great for chopping. I also have Rheumatoid arthritis and it’s easy on my hands. A perfect combo of ease.

I love all my Wusthof knives. They are the only knives I buy.

Just learning Asian cooking. A must knife. Slices so thin and Chopping a breeze!
