Very high quality, nice looking, very sharp knife.

I reach for those knife quite often. Cuts prep work in half.

I purchased this knife for my wife - because of the service that Veronica provided when I called about a broken knife - and this knife immediately became my wife's new favorite. She likes the shape and balance and just enjoys using it. We've had it for less than a month so I can't comment on how well it retains its edge - but it's great so far!

I love my 4 1/2 Asian Utility Knife! I use it for so many things. Right now with an abundance of tomatoes, nothing works better. I will be waiting for a good sale price on a 6 1/2" Chef's Knife next.
