Solid, well-made board. The beech is thick and heavy enough that it stays put on the counter while Im cutting, and it has plenty of room for bigger jobs like breaking down a roast or prepping a pile of vegetables. The surface is smooth and easy on my knife edges, and it cleans up quickly with a little soap and water. Fit and finish are what youd expect from Wüsthof. Would buy again.
