Disappointed. I've had a number of your knives & they were more substantial. these blades are skimpy & VERY thin. The handles seem cheap. They are very sharp but will they last? If I saw these knives with no markings I would have NEVER guessed Wusthof. I owned a knife sharpening business for many years. I've sharpened all types of knives. I'm worried about the quality of your steel. I bought these to replace my Cutco steak knives, which I gave to one of my kids. I guess time will tell on your knives.

Everything I hoped. Much better than the serrated steak knives we’ve been using for years.

They’re sharp knives and they look nice, but they feel somewhat cheap. I was expecting a heavier knife. Hopefully, they stand the test of time.
