For some reason I envisioned a smaller blade, don't ask me why, but I have been using this knife and find it perfect for a lot of things. The blade is sharp as Wusthof knife are known for. I whoeheartly recommend this knife!

My wife really likes the Quiet Blue colored knives. I've been buying the different Gourmet types for her. The quality is amazing. My son-in-law (who is a culinary trained chef) recommended Wusthof brand.
