I like this knife! Extremely! Sharp! Poked my finger with the tip first time I used it. I'm more careful now!

I have had Wusthof knives for years. Now buying them for my Grandchildren. The quality is unmatched.

I bought these as gifts. I do have one myself and use it daily. Love the thin blade to use for so many things. I bought them for my daughters because when they used mine they really liked them.

I believe a pairing knife is one of the most important knives a person uses. I live wusthof.

I bought two of these knives a couple of weeks ago and immediately noticed that the steel surface develops rust, even though they are supposed to be stainless steel. We only hand-wash the knives, and we also own a couple of smaller knives from the Classic Ikon line — never had any similar issues with those. The quality of the steel on these knives seems poor, and I’m very disappointed with WÜSTHOF.
