Amazingly sharp, finding lots of uses for this, and a good complement to the paring knife I have in the block set. Highly recommended.

This is a new style for me. I have always used a paring knife but not a serrated one. It was great for the tomatoes I cut. Easier than a "regular" paring knife. This knife is very light weight and that is different for me. I researched and found that's preferred by chefs so they don't get tired after using it for hours. Makes sense! The packaging came with its own individual storage if I need it. The quality of Wusthof knives is always excellent. Very pleased with my purchase.

The first time I used the 3 inch serrated paring knife the difference in quality from my old cheaper brand paring knives was immediately noticeable. I am very impressed.

Getting good knives is definitely worth it. For ease of use, safety and durability, Wusthof is always my choice. I have tried cheaper brands but they don’t cut well or last. I have used Wusthof for years. I recently misplaced my small serrated knife. And I soon found that I didn’t want to go without it, so I purchased it again. I do a lot of cooking at home and having the right tools is important. I highly recommend Wusthof.
