Didn’t realize it was so small. Find it difficult to handle. Also did not know there was a lifetime warranty on your knives. I bought my 8” chef knife while in culinary school in 2002 and the handle broke off about 5 years after. It was still my favorite knife that’s why I bought another. Is it too late to be compensated. I no longer have a receipt. I bought it in a specialty store they was recommended by by school Nycct

This is perfect for working with your fresh fruits and vegetables to do peeling cutting. It is a thinner blade that is extremely sharp. Wish I would’ve gotten it sooner
