I love that knife. It does a perfect job of fillet-ing fish. I also use it to remove far from chicken, and other meats. Glad to have it in my collection. I love Wusthof products. They elevate my cooking experience.

We often cook with boneless, skinless chicken breasts which tend to be very thick these days. This knife can slice these breasts super thin for grilling, often able to slice one breast 3 ways. We LOVE this knife! Have reccomemded to others.

Love the way it handles and flexibility when I am working with fish or trying to cut fat/membrane from chicken and beef.
