Great super sharp well balanced knife. However it is light.

This was a gift. I choose this brand because I have a set of them and had always been pleased. My friend has started using his chef knife and loves it.

I love my new knife! It makes slicing anything as smooth as slicing butter. It is by far the best knife I have ever used.
