Nice knife!

Great little utility knife, very sharp and reliable.

The Gourmet 4" Utility knife is exactly what I needed. In the past, I received other Wusthof Gourmet knives as a gift, but not one of this size. It is very versatile, and I am using it daily. The weight, handle and overall design of the knife are perfect for me.

I love the balance and that the knives retain their sharpness

Again, all pairing knives are important. Wusthof is top of the class
