The knife has a great sharp edge, but it is way too flimsy to be useful for anything but very soft cheeses.

This knifes handle is not long enough. The blade, which is not supposed to stick to cheese, in fact, does stick to cheese quite easily. Because of the short handle it is uncomfortable to use. The leading edge of the hilt does not cover the full tang, so it digs into the bottom of my fingers.

I’ve been wanting to get one of these and now that my block is full, this has to take a spot in the drawer. Excellent quality ridiculously sharp and just a really nice knife!

The shorter blade works very well on cutting hard cheese.
