I didn't know that there were knives this lightweight. It sounds funny to many, but I always had heavier knives. This has helped me be more precious and it's so much easier for me to use. Quality is always high for Wusthof knives.

Got this as a free grocery store give away about 8 years ago, it was my most used knife (daily) until it broke (blade pulled out of handle and no glue would hold). Just ordered a new one after it became back in stock.

Love the sharpness. I was surprised by how it compared to my old dull knives! Very good. Now I need a sharpener :)
