I gave this set to my husband for his birthday. We both love using them. They are a great addition to our kitchen. Very pleased. Thanks!

Great deal. Buying them as a set was much cheaper than individually buying either of them. The Chinese chef’s knife is sharp but durable. The cleaver is hefty.

This are not forged knives - very cheaply made. They feel extremely uncomfortable when you hold the knives and work on cutting things. Returned!

At first plush the Chinese knife set has met all expectations. Not fancy but simple , sturdy, and sharp . Time will tell the true value after years of use. They were a surprise gift for my wife and so far she loves them.

Offering precision and a lot of power in the hand: the WÜSTHOF 7" Chinese Chef's Knife will allow you to chop a cabbage or cut wafer-thin slices from a tomato in seconds, while the wide blade is also ideal for scooping up prepped ingredients and transferring them to the pot. While the WÜSTHOF 6" Cleaver makes the cutting of ribs, racks, bones, and also extremely hard-skinned fruit - such as coconuts - easy.
