They have a nice balance and a huge upgrade from our old knifes.

Nice sturdy set. Maintains sharpness.

Im enjoying my new knives. They are very sharp which was my objective. Thank you.

I purchased the chef and paring knife set along with a knife sharpener as a birthday gift for my brother-in-law. He was thrilled, and said he could not believe how the chef knife cut through his grilled tuna steaks like butter. He said he's planning to get all new knives now. Great product --- I am buying more for Christmas gifts this year!

Purchased as an anniversary gift for my daughter and son in law. Something they will use for the rest of their lives. I’ve had mine for over 30 years.
