I can’t comment on it since it was a secret Santa gift to a friend lol. He did however get very excited when he received it and will put it to good use. I am a fan of Wusthof cutlery so I’m sure it is too quality

This is a well made piece of equipment. The blade is sharp and handle is sturdy. I use it to slice thinly large slabs of meat as well as turkey breast on-the-bone.

Great knife. Great weight, very sharp and feels great in the hand.
