Used it already on smoked turkey breast, and smoked brisket. Easy to control, makes nice, consistently thin slices. Easy to maintain sharpness with honing stone.

This is a great knife, but 14” is a little large and I wish they still had the 10” version.

The knife looks better than I thought it would it would look. The quality in the work in making the knife is beyond my expectations. I'll enjoy using this in many years from now.

I can’t comment on it since it was a secret Santa gift to a friend lol. He did however get very excited when he received it and will put it to good use. I am a fan of Wusthof cutlery so I’m sure it is too quality

This is a well made piece of equipment. The blade is sharp and handle is sturdy. I use it to slice thinly large slabs of meat as well as turkey breast on-the-bone.
