I wanted to give a special gift for my son’s 25th birthday. He loves his knives and drawer knife holder. The knives will be part of his kitchen for many years to come.

The knives are well-made and look great, but they don’t cut as smoothly as I expected. They’re reasonably sharp, but I was hoping for better cutting performance right out of the box. Overall, the quality is decent, but they didn’t fully meet my expectations.
