Knives are incredibly sharp, well made, and comfortable to hold.

Over a decade ago, I purchased a wusthof knife and it was excellent quality. When it came time to add to my knife collection, there was no question as to what brand to buy. My husband purchased this set and we have been thoroughly disappointed. These knives do not hold a sharp edge despite being cared for and maintained meticulously. I’ve had this set professionally sharpened to no avail. These knives are poor quality and I will not purchase this brand again.

I’m just a typical mom who cooks for her family. I’ve been using “ordinary” knives for years and managing just fine…or so I thought. These knives have elevated my enjoyment of cooking for my family so much more than I could have expected. Having the right tools is incomparable.

Sent back a knife with a broken handle. Expected a new or repaired knife back. Got a partial credit instead. Forced me to spend additional money to get what I had. Slightly disgruntled with warranty resolution.
