The boning knife is a perfect size, thickness, and balance for trimming meat, chicken, fish, etc. The quality and finish are top notch. This is our first Wüsthof knife and couldn't be happier with. Will be looking to get more in the future.

I LOVE my Wusthof knives. My husband bought me a FULL set at least 25 years ago. I have had a some handles crack in that time (understandable after 25 years) and they have stood by their warranty and replaced them at no charge to me. I cannot recommend these highly enough. Also, I love to cook so they get a LOT of use. Only thing is you CANNOT put them in the dishwasher and I don’t. Love, love, love these knives and this company.
