My wife and I received a block of Wusthof Classic Ikon knives as a wedding gift over 20 years ago, and those blades have served us extremely well for all that time. (And, as I do with all my knives, I touch up the edge of my steak knives with the honing steel after every use, maintaining that factory-sharp edge). I contacted Wusthof, and they quickly sent me a replacement knife, standing by their lifetime warranty.

These knives in ivory are beautiful and very sharp. I’m so glad I purchased them.

This is the second set of these steak knives that I’ve ordered. I’ve loved my first set which I’ve had for several years now. The knives appear to be the same great quality but the packaging makes it feel cheap. My first set arrived in a wooden case which I still use for storage. These came in a plastic sleeve that looks like it would hang from a cheap end department store peg hook on an end cap.

Steak knives are sharp and easily fits your hand, just the right weight. Great value.
