Was gifted a wostof knife 25 yrs ago bought 2 more 15 yrs ago and another 5 yrs ago. Now I have a complete set they may be pricy but they are high quality there is a reason a lot of chefs use Wostof! Hi Kyle is good too but I’m partial to Wostof as it was my first propper cooking knife. Ps I still have all my old knives and they work great, just not as super sharp as they used to be. Btw I promptly remind myself I can lose a finger if I’m not careful and I literally promptly slice myself EVERY SINGLE TIME. this time with my new knives it was my 3rd finger, everyone now thinks I’m flipping the bird. No . My finger hurts barely touched it but I could have used two stitches
