I love this knife. It is a perfectly balanced knife with a large handle that is perfect for my hands. single piece of steel all the way to the handle. Very sharp

This is a fantastic slicing knife, new, it is very sharp and be it tomatoes or a larger cut of beef, it is fantastic and a joy to use. Also, Wustof stands behind their products - even for simple things like handle replacement when and if they have so much as a minor crack (which happens).
