Wusthof knives are the best. I’ve had mine for over 15 years and suddenly I noticed some issues with the handle of some of the knives. I sent the knives to Wusthof for review and all the steak knives were replaced as a result of their warranty. Their quality of the knives and the service provided by the company was excellent. Have had our knife set for years and loved the look and quality. Had a problem with one of the eight and contacted the manufacturer. Very responsive and a quick replacement in the mail. Doubt their knives have much in the way of problems, but when it happens its nice to have a manuf. stand behind their warranty/promise. Quality knives are a bit expensive but you will use them for years!!
