So far its a great knife and i am happy to have purchased it. It was not cheap so i am hoping its the last chefs knife i need to buy. Verry impressed with the razer sharp edge, i hope it lasts a while.

My wife uses it, I don't. I'd end up cutting myself but she had one that she missed placed at her other home so I bought her new one. I think she knew it all the time but she absolutely loves the knife

I am enjoying using this chef knife, in addition to its sharpness which easily lends to accuracy of cut, the handle fits well in my hand and maneuvers easily.
