Excellent knife. One of the most used tools in my kitchen. I have a decades old Wusthof paring knife that still has some life in it, but I haven’t treated it kindly and have bent the blade a bit over the years. This is not the knife’s fault-I misused it when I couldn’t find a screwdriver.

Not much to say other than its a pairing knife of excellent quality!

I bought my Wusthof knife set 35 years ago which came with a sharpener. I have never had a need in 35 years to buy another knife until my recent relocation where I somehow lost the paring knife in the move. If you buy good quality, you only have to buy it once in a lifetime.
