My old favorite paring knife, was the less expensive version of this one. I loved it and used it every day. So, when I stupidly broke the tip off by trying to cut frozen meat sauce in a glass container, I decided to upgrade to Classic paring knife. I LOVE this knife. It's weighted perfectly. So very sharp and I reach for it 90% of the time I need a knife. I will consider replacing other knives in my set with the Classic line. Very nice.

Not sure why full bolster paring knives exist, but the half (Demi) is a perfect upgrade to the paring knife that came with my Classic set. The Demi paring knife should come with the set but I’m sure there’s a reason it exists. I only buy German steel and Wusthof is the best! Lifelong customer here.

I love Wusthof knives in general, so added this to my collection. Great knife for everyday use, very sharp and easy to hold and maneuver.

I knew what I was getting when I bought this knife, that's why I bought it. My girlfriend has this knife and I've been using it for several years in her kitchen. I recently moved into a new place, with a new kitchen, so decided to treat myself to a new knife, and this was the pairing knife I wanted, no reservations about it.
