I bought this knife back in 2001 and I think it is the best slicer ever made.

I've owned Wusthof knives since 1972. i still have my original 9" chef's knife. Great tools, they keep their edge well.

Perfect for cutting fruits, vegetables and bread. Glad to have added it to my wusthof collection. Ordered the knife shield and it is great too.

The weight, balance, a d blade sharpness xceeded my expecttions. Working it into the rotation because it makes tasks easier just because of its quality.

I am having to make my own breads, due to being GF. I love this knife for slicing g my loaves. It cut vegetables too!
