Very nice product, obvious quality and balance. Nice weight.

Bought this for my daughter-in-law, and she absolutely loves it. She has used it several times now and truly appreciates how sharp it is, and how it slices food so effortlessly.

This knife is markedly lighter than my original. It gives me pause in breaking down a chicken. Time will tell. I am grateful for the ease with which the original was replaced.

Comes razor sharp and great for most kitchen tasks definitely plan on getting one of the nicer ones
