Nice heft to the knife and feels like a dream. We cook all our meals from scratch and host dinners often. So the knives in our kitchen have to deliver and this one has been a brilliant addition to the team. It is one of our favorites!

This knife is so much fun to use. I like it better than my chef’s knife.

I like the feel, balance, control, and broad blade to scoop up that which I cut effortlessly.
