I really thought I wouldn’t like this product but man was I wrong. It’s a little larger than I thought (good thing,) I already love and have Wusthof knives so happy with this purchase addition to my kitchen tools. Great quality and makes mincing a breeze

Great utensil. Perfect for chopping/mincing herbs. Be careful the blade is razor sharp.
