Ordered the Poultry shears as a Christmas gift. I am very pleased with the quality so far. Looking forward to using them.

The scissors are extremely sharp and can cut through tough skin and bone. . The curve of the blades makes for easy maneuvering and speeds up every kitchen task. Love them.

Nice shears, they work better than poultry scissors to get thru the breast bone. The latch has a tendency to catch and lock up when I am cutting up a chicken - wish they could move it or redesign it somehow. .

Don't like these scissors the are not easy to use. In fact I wish I could return them and in this case I was sent 2 pairs and I only ordered 1. Not very happy at all.
