Appears to be great quality but the steel handles w/screws are missing from our order. Once these are received and we are able to actually use the griddle, I hope to change my review from a 1 to a 5. Thanks.

This was a birthday gift from my wife and I absolutely love this thing. Still learning what all I can do with it but breakfast will never be the same after cooking on this thing, smash burgers are so much better and tacos have gotten way better.

Made burgers and sauteed veggies for lunch. I was very impressed with the ease of use. I seasoned the griddle some, but absolutely nothing stuck including melted cheese. I can't wait for the next time I use it.
