I’ve used it for everything from making large batches of soup and stock to boiling pasta, steaming vegetables, and even cooking down sauces. It truly handles any cooking task I throw at it. The handle comfort is exceptional. Even when the pot is full and heavy, the handles stay cool and provide a secure, comfortable grip. I never worry about losing my hold, which gives me confidence when moving it around the kitchen. The lid fit is perfect. It seals beautifully without being too tight, creating just the right amount of steam retention while still allowing me to easily remove it when needed. No rattling or loose fitting issues whatsoever. Heat distribution is where this pot really shines. The 3 ply construction means no hot spots at all. Everything cooks evenly whether I’m simmering on low or bringing something to a rapid boil. My sauces never scorch on the bottom anymore. Overall performance has exceeded my expectations. This is a professional grade piece of cookware that will last for years. The quality is evident in every detail, from the weight to the finish. Chemical free, making this stock pot extremely safe to use. I made a gumbo Sunday in it and had zero problems. The best distributed very well throughout for hours and I had no scratches or burn stains left in the pot. It was extremely easy to clean also!

It's also great that it's chemical free. I've been trying to replace cookware that's nonstick with other options, and this is perfect. It's durable. It heats evenly. It cleans up without any issues.
