If I had one caveat: hand-wash only and premium price, so make sure you’re comfortable with that level of investment

When I received this pan I was super excited to try cooking with this Viking 6qt dutch oven. The look of this pan is really nice and has a good weight to it. I was a little concerened how heavy it might be full but, it really wasnt that much heavier full. I liked how nice the handles are shaped and how easy it is to grip them with a full pan of food. I was really impressed how quickly and evenly the meat sautéed with the onions, garlic and bell peppers without having to worry about them sticking. Im looking forward to cooking many more meals as well as trying to bake sourdough and sweet treats as well with this dutch oven. Im highly impressed with not only how nice it looks but how well it cooked my meal. I think it deserves more that yhe five stars it allows and will be definitely starting to add more of the Viking cook ware to my home. You won't be disappointed, we'll worth the money spent.

It heats and browns evenly, and contains no toxic PFAS, and food doesn’t stick to the bottom. It looks beautiful and is so easy to clean. I will definitely be adding more of this line to my kitchen.
