I actually thought I was buying a paring knife, but it clearly says this is a serrated knife so I’m not sure where I got that from. That aside, it’s a great knife. You can’t go wrong with Viking. I appreciate that this is a brand I trust. Good sturdy knife that does what it’s supposed to!

I’m a dedicated home cook so knife quality and durability is important to me. Both my 17 year old and I have used this knife. It had good feel while unboxing and my 17yo really likes it. It fits her hand comfortably and has become her knife of choice in our kitchen. I find the handle not angled enough for me, but it slices well and has a good heft to it. It’s on regular rotation in my kitchen for both of us.

Really nice knife! Sturdy but lightweight so it is easy to use but also gives a nice clean cut for most foods. No issues so far of it not cutting and it is easy to clean either wiping it down or throwing it in the dishwasher.

This knife, like other Viking brand products, is seriously high quality! It is beautifully crafted and perfectly weighted in the hand. Also, it is very, very sharp and cuts easily and smoothly. I absolutely love it and will enjoy using it for years to come.
