The Viking chef’s pan came well packaged. It keeps even heat and does justice to the Viking name. I’m building my non- toxic pan collection, it is oven-safe and dishwasher-safe for easy cleanup. Each piece features Cool Grip handles, so you dont have to worry about burning yourself which is a great feature.

Would have rated this pan 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that this is NOT a chef pan but rather a saucier. With that being said this is an excellent pan. Comes up to temp quickly and holds the temp well. It is not heavy at all, easily able to toss veggies for my pasta primavera easily in the pan. And the handle stays cool to the touch. Overall highly recommend

What a great quality pan! It is made out of highest grade stainless steel and does its job! I am replacing all non stick pans to stainless steel pans and by far this is one of the best. You can use it as a saucer or even a fryer. I am impressed with the product
