• Straight sides keep layers distinct and give a baked dish clean edges when it is cut and served
• Oven safe Italian stoneware means the dish that baked the meal is the dish that goes to the table
• Freezer safe, so a casserole can be assembled weeks ahead and baked straight from frozen storage
• Handcrafted in Tuscany with the overlapping edge drawn from twine-bound Italian cheese molds
• A high-fired blend of clays adds strength and chip resistance that ordinary bakeware does not offer
• Dishwasher safe, which takes the dread out of a dish with baked-on cheese around the rim
• Sits naturally among Lastra platters and bowls, so weeknight cookware doubles as part of the table setting
