The warranty does not include additional expenses including but not limited to labor costs and damages. The warranty applies only to the product and in no event shall Vesta Fine Hardware be liable for more than the value of the hardware purchased. The warranty does not apply if the product has been exposed to harsh cleaners, chemicals, and waxes. Avoid using highly abrasive scrubbing cloths, metal-bristled brushes, or steel wool.
