HORRIBLE experience all around from Wayfair. This item arrived not working. Called wayfair, who immediately washed their hands of it and said I had to call the supplier - Eurochef. I stated that I was confused because if I order a product from Wayfair, I expect to deal with wayfair. I called Euorchef and started over 2 months of back and forth. Eurochef's employees are downright rude and hateful. I've never been treated so poorly in all my life. The owner of the company insisted over and over there was nothing wrong with the unit. And it was our electric. Paid our electrician to come and test his brand new wiring while on the phone with Eurochef's tech line. Waited for eurochef to send techs to fix the unit. They came twice and could not get the unit to work. I have spent days of my life dealing with this, I have been holding a contractor- paying him thousands weekly to keep him from moving to his next job because my kitchen cant be completed without this installed. I took days off work to meet the tech company, I had to reach out a total of 23 times between eurochef, wayfair, and the tech company they assigned... and finally was told they can't fix the unit and will refund my money. Was also told by wayfair I could wait for a replacement to come back in stock or get a refund. 2 days later I have to call wayfair AGAIN because there is no trace of the refund. They show no correspondence about that refund taking place. Finally after another 20 mins of my life wasted they agree to refund the item (for the second time). And I ask what will be done for all the money I am now out from this whole experience. Nothing. They tell me nothing can be done. I will never purchase again from Wayfair. You've lost a very loyal customer. And I highly encourage you to think twice before purchasing as well.
