I bought 10 knobs and Wayfair charged me $5.50 to return EACH knob. Each knob averaged in price around $7. All knobs fit in one small box but I had to pay $5.50 times ten knobs - not $5.50 for the single box. I asked for an exception. They said no. I told them that the color was off from the website. They didn't care. I spent an hour on their chat to get zero resolution. If you buy a bowling ball, that's a great return policy. If you buy 10 tiny cabinet knobs, not so much.

The quality feels solid and durable, the finish looks beautiful in person, and it instantly elevated the look of our cabinets. Installation was quick and easy, and they feel sturdy with everyday use. Definitely a great value for the price!
