The extra-thick, cast aluminum body provides uniform heat distribution while the flat base will not tip, spin or warp while you’re perfecting your dish. Not only is this pan small enough for convenient storage, but the revolutionary coating is also perfect for a variety of dishes. Our XD coating browns meats impeccably along with creating fluffy scrambled eggs to pan-fried fish. Easily transferable from stovetop to oven up to 500°F (260°C). Recommended by the American Vegetarian Association for vegan/vegetarian cooking, you can live a healthier lifestyle as no added oils or butter are needed. This Swiss-made pan is designed with the cooking enthusiast in mind with a rivet-free cooking surface to protect against bacteria buildup. The new XD coating, with 20% more diamond crystals, creates an improved seal between the nonstick cooking surface and the sturdy aluminum base, providing a tougher and more corrosion-resistant layer without worrying about food sticking to the pan. It is 40% more durable than our HD line for enhanced food-release properties. With brilliantly designed nonstick quality comes an effortless cleanup with just warm, soapy water and a nylon sponge to make spending time in the kitchen that much more enjoyable.
