I am a fan of all the Swiss Diamond pans. This pan is perfect for sautéing a cup or two of onions or other vegetables for recipes. I also use it as a fry pan for eggs and other meats where I only want one or two servings. And it cooks perfect brown butter and gravies. Cleans easy and is durable.
