This is the best cookware ever. something you will pass down. Heats and cools wonderfully. Cooks everything perfectly and little time spent on cleaning up. Also love that the handles are mounted on the outside - no knobs on the inside of skillets or pots for food to get stuck on. Good for most cooktops and can go in the oven. Love it - buy it if you are on the fence.

The residual brown bits from a new and seasoned pan were more difficult to remove than I thought they would be for a non stick surface. Good news is that the pan cooks evenly at lower flame settings. Very even.
