Good size, nice build quality. Only thing is, as with all pans that have non-stick coating, it starts to come off (despite what the manufacturer says) and the pans starts to stick. I don't use higher than medium heat and use nylon pads for cleaning but I can see the coating coming off after a year or so. Decided to go the cast-iron route... will see how that goes.

This pan does a great job on eggs, pancakes, and fat-free steaks. The heat is even and it can be wiped with a sudsy sponge. I have been using this for 3 months on my induction cooktop and am recommending it. I keep a paper towel on the inside surface when stacking a smaller Swiss Diamond fry pan on top.

I love this pan for making soda bread but find that compared to the Demeyere pans that I own it takes a higher temp to produce the same heat using the induction stove. Otherwise this is perfect for breakfast for the family. Nothing sticks to this pan.

This is a highly-durable non-stick pan (you can use metal utensils) which can cook a LOT of food. I use it on an induction stove, and it's just terrific. It's also oven-proof (but not broiler-proof.) The non-stick coating extends to the outside, and it's the easiest-to-clean pan I've ever owned -- not even grease sticks to it. If you wanted to make a point, you could probably clean it with nothing more than a dry paper towel. And by the way, a pan full of food looks great against its charcoal-gray background.
