Quite good as far as sqare pans go however the round stainless disc fused on the base is a design flaw from other manufacturers that I didn’t expect SwiDia engineers to follow. The behemoth alloy keeps the pan flat and stable but not as heat conducting as expected. The other pan featues and coating is excellent. Would like to see changes and would very much endorse their cookware.
