I purchased this and love the handle. However, it DOES NOT keep food hot or even warm for 7 hours. I mad all the ingredients for a cheesesteak and took it to work. It was barely warm just like other foods I have put in. I put in chicken thighs and rice--again no difference. Very disappointed.
