[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation would’ve been a lot easier if my pipes weren’t old 🫣 but for the most part it’s pretty simple! Seems to be made to last by a reputable brand, loving it so far! The water pressure is nice and it’s super easy to clean, has a sleek modern design that is sure to please the eye.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install and clean. Sleek design and so far has been very durable. Great water pressure that replaces my previous faucet perfectly. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Sterling via Influenster for testing and for my honest review. This is overall a very nice faucet but does have an issue that could become a problem in time. The install was easy, it took around 20-30 minutes to change out our previous faucet for this one. The instructions were easy to follow and I found it convenient that the instructions were both included in the box and also available online. The only thing I needed for the install that was not included in the box was a wrench and a screwdriver (and something to put under the water supply line to catch any drips during the change). My favorite feature of this faucet is that the head is on a ball bearing swivel, which makes adjusting where you are aiming the water spray easier than with any other faucet I’ve used. The hose is also long which allows me to bring the head of the faucet all the way into the basin of the sink to directly spray a dish or rinse out the sink itself. The faucet feels high quality and sturdy and seems like it will hold up well for a long time, especially the hose. (Photos attached of the ball bearing swivel and the head extended into the sink, not even to the end of how far the hose can extend.) One minor change I would make to this faucet- I would add a setting for a very narrow/direct spray like some multi-setting nozzles have, but that is just a personal preference. Another slight negative is that because the finish of this faucet has such a high shine, it shows soap and water spots and therefore looks “dirty” more quickly than some other finish types. Again, this is a personal preference and the faucet does come in another finish option if that better matches your kitchen and style. This finish on the faucet is also easy to clean and comes back to shiny with minimal effort. The biggest issue with the faucet (and the reason I rated it 4 vs 5 stars) is that we are unable to get it to tighten fully to the sink, so there is a small gap that allows water to possibly get between the base of the faucet and the sink vs there being a tight relatively waterproof seal. The gap is probably no thicker than a piece of paper, but if you apply pressure to the fixture the base can shift to make this gap thicker. With time I could see this becoming a leaking issue. This is more of an issue when cleaning the sink area than during normal use because of where it is, but if you regularly get water in this area via splashback or cleaning it could be a concern. Our previous faucet had thick screws on the far sides of the base sides to tighten and lock the base to the sink, but this only has screws on the center near the faucet head which seem to not give as much leverage to tighten the seal. Also, the location of the screws to tighten the base are connected to the center where you tighten the faucet itself, so as you tighten the faucet you can end up with the base screws behind the faucet and harder to access when trying to tighten the base. (Photo included of the base of the sink showing that the seal is tighter closer to the faucet than at the far edge of the base. Photo also included of the screws on the underside of the sink and that after tightening the faucet, only one is easily accessible.) One additional note is that the faucet shipped in the box it comes in vs an additional shipping package, so if the box got damaged in transit, there is a higher chance that the smaller pieces could fall out and get lost. There also was minimal packing in the box. I did not have any issue with any parts being lost or damaged, and appreciate the environmental benefits to less packing, but would note that it would be good to check the package ASAP after delivery to ensure it arrives undamaged and with all parts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely excited to get my new faucet from Sterling! The Traverse Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet is a beautiful product that will make you feel like you have luxury right in your own home. Right when I took it out of the box the design was stunning. I loved how it came with everything you need to have an easy and seamless installation. What I loved most was the beautiful design. The pull-down sprayer attached to the faucet. The cute lever to control the water temperature. It has great water pressure and makes cleanup in the kitchen a breeze. If you’re looking for a new faucet for your home, I would highly recommend this one! You won’t be disappointed! I received this product free in exchange for my honest review.
