Customers praise the high-quality silicone material for being heat resistant and safe on nonstick cookware. The item offers good versatility and functionality for various cooking tasks, serving, and handling delicate foods. However, customers have mixed opinions about ease of use and ergonomics, noting that the tongs do not open wide enough and can be stiff or difficult to grip.
