As described! Loving my Staub and cooking in them!

Just got this set. I mean it to replace a cocotte (4qt with glass lid) and braiser (3.5 qt from a sukiyaki/braise and grill set) that have been spending a lot of time on my stove. The grill pan will be closer at hand than the grill from my previous set (I typically use the 10" domed glass lid with the braiser, which also fits this set). The lid from this set I'm not too keen on for daily use, but I'm sure I'll work with recipes that work best with it, particularly for the cocotte. So far I like the extra room in the cocotte compared with the 4 qt this is replacing. I haven't gotten to try the braiser yet. I had used my old braiser quite a bit, and at a glance I like the shape of that one better, but I'm sure this one will work just fine. I do prefer the taller sides on the grill pan from this set compared to the grill pan/lid from the braise and grill set. I do have an eye on an additional stackable double handled fry pan that a retailer appears to have as somewhat of an exclusive, though the price isn't really right for me, and it comes in limited colors that don't match my set.
