I wanted to have a dinner party that looked like an actual restaurant-quality preparation for the table. This pan was exactly what I needed to turn my small living room into a near-bistro. I got as many positive comments about this dish as i did the food itself. I would recommend this one as well as the largest sized of the two if you are having a larger party. Perfect for some over-the-top mac and cheese or au gratin potatoes.

To remove stubborn dirt we recommend that you soak your cookware, e.g. your cocotte, in warm water with a little washing-up liquid or baking soda until all of the residues can be removed. The cast-iron pot or pan should be dried completely.
